While blogging about Nokia’s connection problem last March 2, I was wondering how the company is going to resolve it immediately without resulting to a huge financial loss.
Well, a feed was send in to me by Nokia stating that it has already addressed the problem in its North American 5800 XpressMusic units. According to Nokia, the problem had to do with a configuration change that had been made to the phone. Therefore, the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will be back in business in the North America.
For those who are still experiencing 3G problems, just reach the Nokia Customer Care at 1-888-665-4228 Monday through Friday, 9AM to 9PM EST.
