The video spokesguy on Sling Media Mobile says he likes to watch the game on his mobilephone and pretends that he is texting, because “Texting in a meeting is not nearly as rude as watching TV in a meeting.”
Now there are more handsets that support Sling Media Mobile that lets you watch the programming from your TV on any Sling compatible device. At CTIA they will be adding Sony Ericsson and Nokia device support.
Sling Media nnounced SlingPlayer Mobile for UIQ on Symbian OS that will bring their mobile TV experience to this popular smartphone platform. Separately, Sling Media is announcing that its existing SlingPlayer Mobile for S60 on Symbian OS will soon support Nokia’s popular N95 8GB, which will also be demonstrated at CTIA.
